Quotes

These terms are between you and Maxwell Stream Pty Ltd (ABN 63 636 429 279), trading as MaxTidy.

A quote request is not a booking. After you send a request, we call you to confirm the details and the price, and then send you a written quote.

Each quote lists the work included, the price including GST, and the date it is valid until.

Accepting a quote and paying

You accept a quote online. Accepting means you agree to these terms and to the cancellation terms shown on the quote.

Payment is arranged directly with us, not through this website. When and how payment is due is shown on your quote before you accept it.

Access and safety

Please give us safe access at the agreed time, and tell us about pets, alarms or anything that could affect the job or our safety.

Changes and cancellations

Tell us as early as you can if you need to change or cancel a booking. The cancellation terms that apply are shown on your quote.

If something is not right

Tell us as soon as you can and we will work with you to put it right.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
