Our story
MaxTidy started in 2026 with four people: founder Yu Zhang, two cleaners and one gardener. The first jobs were in the Melbourne CBD, Box Hill and the Yarra Valley, and the idea was simple. Do careful, premium work, charge a fair and clear price, and make sure every customer is completely happy before we call a job done.
Word travelled. Those first suburbs became a list, and today MaxTidy looks after homes, gardens and small workplaces right across Melbourne, from the inner suburbs out to the Yarra Valley. The team has grown, but it is still made up of committed cleaners, gardeners and self-confessed neat freaks who genuinely enjoy the work and take pride in a room put right or a garden brought back into shape.
The guarantee has not changed either. Every job comes with 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed: if you are not happy with the work, tell us and we will do it over again for free.
